I think that harassment can be easily detected. If someone approaches you in the work place and inappropriately touched you its harassment. No doubt about it that is sexual harassment. Yet, if he/she still pursues you in this way it does not make it right. It is still harassment even though this person is continually pursuing you in an inappropriate manner. Until the person stops pursuing you, you need to take action. Don’t just sit there and let him/her keep harassing you. Take action, don’t just let it keep happening.

I think that sexual harassment is one of the worst forms of harassment. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature affects an individual's employment, unreasonably interferes with an individual's work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment. Sexual harassment can affect someone’s personal life. If someone advances onto you and you feel uncomfortable, it can make you feel insecure about yourself. Nowadays, people may do or say things with some form of sexual innuendo and not even notice how it may affect the other person. We must STOP and pay attention to what we do or say to people. Stopping sexual advances in our youth can ultimately better the American society as a whole, and to encourage our youth into maturing into mature and sophisticated individuals.
In order to stop sexual harassment, we need to take action. We shouldn’t just let it happen or feel uncomfortable when we know that it is wrong. SPEAK UP! TELL SOMEONE! If you don’t say or taking any action, nothing can be done to improve the situation.

I feel that harrassment is wrong. I think it’s only sexual harrassment if the person doesn’t want it to be happening. If the person that file’s an complaint is the one who lead it on. Than they can’t say nothing. The envoroment at work should be fun for everyone but there shouldn’t be people that run their mouth. But people who only sees that people are just havong fun. At school you can’t really do anything here anyways so all I would do is chill. At home don’t come to my house and try to talk about harrassment when you asked to come over.

The way I think about harassment is that it should be like a federal offense. People shouldn’t have to come to work and be harassed about the way there body looks or be touched without their consent. They should come to work and expect it to be a safe environment. They shouldn’t have to worry about being watched like a sexually watch. Harassment can happen anywhere at any time. At school it happens a lot. I think that might be where it happens most. Everyone knows that it is not right. Personally, I think that it is very wrong. It causes unsafe environments and sometimes makes many people fearful. It is just going to happen more and more if we don’t stand up about it.

Harassment is an everyday thing. This is not good. I have been sexually harassed and harassed it is not a good feeling. I think that we should put a stop to it. Everybody feels uncomfortable when things like that happen. Harassment can happen and probably has happened to any and everyone. Sexual harassment or harassment period does not always have to happen at work. Sometimes it can happen at your school, at home, or maybe even in your neighborhood. I think people who are uncomfortable with themselves or have low self-esteem comment sexual and non-sexual harassment.

Harassment is when someone bothers someone when the other person tells him or her to stop. If they keep bothering you, that is considered harassment. People do this to try to start a relationship with the other person. Harassment is a federal offence. You have to respect your employee's because you would not want anyone to stop you from getting your work done.

During our discussion I realized that there are many ways to harass a person. First you could just touch them and then you could make them feel uncomfortable. You could say that a person looks good and they would not like it. There is different kinds of harassment, besides sexual, there is racial, and even workplace harassment. If this happens at work, home, or school, it is a very bad thing. All of the people would feel uncomfortable and would not like to stay where they live or work.

Harassment is something that can make anyone feels uncomfterable. Whether it is at home or the workplace it is still against the law to inappropriately touch someone or say things about their body. I think people who go through this kind of harassment should have the right to stop them from making their lives very hard. The people who do it should go to jail because it gives them a bad reputation around people they know. The people who get harassed that way may be scarred for life especially if their young.
I think that harassment is very wrong. When you are committing harassment you are going beyond the binderies that you are suppose to keep within the work place. Crossing these boundaries can result in many bad things, such as: lawsuits, loss of job, no trust in the workplace, and if harassment seems to progress possibly even jail time. You do not want that do you? So just stay away from any contact or verbal language, or anything that could be mistaken for Sexual or any type of harassment. Harassment can also cause embarrassment and a bad reputation in the work place for the person committing the harassing. Just stay as far away from any type of harassment as you can. Just to be and stay on the safe side.

I feel that harassment is a terrible thing. Harassment is a sin and doesn’t need to be in this world any more. When I hear about harassment on the TV, I think about what was going through that persons head and the person that was doing the harassment as well. I really don’t know why anyone does this because I think that this is stupid to the highest level.
I know some people that have been harassed in many ways and they couldn’t stop them from doing it. Ever since that has happened to them they have changed in the way they live. They are very cautious about where they go and what they do because when they see something like this happening to someone; it reminds them of what had happened to them. Harassment is a terrible thing and I think it is not right at all.

I think that harassment is everywhere, all across the world. I think that harassment is a very big topic and is important to many people across the world. If I was put into a situation with harassment, I think that I might just haft to give in, especially if it was a girl. I have never witnessed a huge harassment, but just a little bit of picking on here and there, nothing too major. Women get harassed all of the time, not be me of course. My friend timothy Johnson gets harassed by young boys and girls all the time. It is just not good topic in the United States. If I was elected president I would eliminate harassment all across the world.

On the subject of sexual harassment I think it is wrong and should not be accepted. If I was put in a situation where I was being harassed I would stop it immediately. Harassment should never be tolerated. In some cases I can see myself falling in to the desires of the office harassment, only in the scenario of a female. I don’t think anyone deserves to be sexually harassed, male or female. Still harassment happens every day all over the earth. One case in particular would be my good pal Andrew Metcalf, older women always make comments to hem and it’s just not fair. One day I hope that my buddy Andrew and everyone else never has to deal with the stress and hardship of harassment.

During our discussion of harassment, I agree with others that harassment is dangerous and could affect the victims as well as the spectators. Harassment can be expressed in many forms, whether it be sexual, workplace, or racial. It is very inappropriate and can cost many their jobs, as well as other important things. If individuals want to have a relationship together, they should have it outside of work, or wherever it could be considered unacceptable behavior. Harassment is a very serious matter and is unfortunately, very common in many places, but I deem it immoral and unethical. Therefore, I believe that we should all do our best to prevent further harassment in the future.

I think harassment is not okay on the job or at school at any time. Harassment can cause your work place to be very uncomfortable to work and it can cause you to get focused off your work. When you feel harassed always first tell the harasser to stop. After the first attempt to tell them to stop, you should report it to your boss or the police if it gets real bad. Your work place is for you to work comfortably and for you to come and get your wages for your work. It is not a place of harassment and being uncomfortably. If ever a time of feeling the slightest feeling of harassment you should always take the first step to tell him/her to stop then, if even worse go to higher measures.

I believe that every form of sexual harassment is wrong. If it makes you uncomfortable even just a little bit its sexual harassment. I don’t think its right I think it is wrong and unethical. The only way to get the harasser to stop is to tell the boss and get him to stop. Sexual harassment is just plain wrong.
Well I think that harassment is not such a good idea for people to do. People do this all the time but it does not make it right for the person to do every day. People might also do it but they might not realize it. For example many people do it at school and it makes me so mad that they don’t have respect for others and their feelings. I wish that people would just take a minute and think about what they are going to say. Harassment is not good and it hurt and makes people feel wired. Also if someone is doing something like this you should tell someone becuase if you don't then nothing can be done to help you. People don't be stupid and not say anything it wont help you!!!
